Tonya D. Green is the CEO of Women of Dominion International, LLC, a ministry that aids women in the discovery, training and implementation of their God ordained purpose in life via an intensive 9-month training program. She trains and travels with apostolic teams on the global mission field to train, conduct business meetings, conferences, retreats, launch entrepreneurial efforts, and offer humanitarian aid around the world. She actively served during the most devastating earthquake in Haiti in 2010. She has been traveling with mission teams since 1998, beginning with Evangelist Jacqueline McCullough and began training classes and leading teams on the mission field in 2013. Out of this vision birthed the Another World Teen Missions, comprised of teens 12-17
years of age and Another World Day Camp. In 2019 W.O.D. International extended its training to girls 7-17 in the 'Girls Like Us Program’. She is also a certified speaker, coach and trainer with the John Maxwell Team. She is the Commander and founder of the Restoration State Women’s Chapter of MD #0075 and became a Chaplain through the Baltimore City Police Dept. under the training of LT Colonel Melvin T. Russell and
served as the Chaplain at Dewey Lowman Post 109. She is the Apostolic covering for K.B.M.A.C. which provides oversight for churches, ministries and businesses globally. Apostle Green is the President of Prototype Instruccione Acadame school of ministry. This vision was birthed out March 14, 2003. She has developed the Here 4 U program,
which assists in securing lodging for homeless veterans. She partnered with the Federal Bureau of Prisons and became a mentor to men enrolled in the re-entry program within the federal prison system in Virginia.
Apostle Green is the senior leader of Restoration City, Inc., which was birthed on Sunday, March 3, 2002. The vision that the Lord gave to her is to first RESTORE the Body of Christ, one soul at a time. Secondly, she is to build a city, a counterculture community, which is a new community transformed by divine revelation and by the Spirit. She is also the President of Selah Ministries, Inc., an intercessory prayer, outreach
and advisory ministry, which began on August 21, 2000. Through this ministry, she has been successful at feeding the hungry, supplying food, financial & clothing assistance and biblical counseling to families nationally & internationally. She partnered with the MD Food Bank, the Baltimore City and County Departments of Social Services, United
Way, the Red Cross and private investors to provide these services to the communities.
Tonya was born to DeRoy Green and Bernice Dawson in Baltimore, Maryland. She is a mother of two, Donte and Danielle, the grandmother of six, Aniyah, Ethan Micaiah, Lauren, Malachi, Ayannah and Tristan and has one son-in-love, Andrew and one daughter-in-love, Denaja. She has six brothers and six sisters. She accepted Christ and was baptized at Green's Baptist Temple in Baltimore, MD where Dr. J. Webster Green was the pastor. She later was baptized in the Holy Ghost, joined and served faithfully at the 1st Apostolic Faith Church under the leadership of Bishop Winfield A. Showell. After graduating from Eastern Sr. High School in 1984, she served in the United States Marine Corp for four years, receiving Meritorious Masts, award ribbons and an Honorable Discharge. She received a bachelor’s degree in Biblical Counseling at the Christian Bible College and Seminary and is pursuing her Master's Degree at Christian International. She received a Human Services Applied Science Degree at the Community College of Baltimore County where she was awarded the honor of President’s Distinguished Graduate, giving the commencement speech to more than 5,000 attendees and served on the Alumni Board. She received her Bachelor of Science Gerontology Degree at Towson University. She received a certificate of completion of an 80
Manager’s Course in preparation of opening an assisted living and acquired her license as a Medication Technician. She was licensed to preach the gospel August 14, 1994, ordained & installed as pastor in 2002 and affirmed an Apostle August 8, 2008, with Apostle Carol Fambro as Chief Consecrator & an Apostolic Team of 8. She receives apostolic oversight and impartation from Glory Center Ministries Int'l under the
leadership of Apostle Charlotte Phillips & submits to council from an Apostolic team of 5. Apostle Green is an author, choreographer, songwriter and recording artist, wellness advocate and travel agent.
She has been afforded the opportunities to travel to many places such as Japan, Jamaica, Israel, Egypt, St. Croix, VI, Haiti and Africa. It was in Cote d'Ivoire that she was adopted into the royal family by His Majesty Nanan Amon N'Douffou V and declared Princess Affiba, Ambassador between the kingdom of Sanwi and the Americas. She desires to continue to travel the world for ministry and pleasure; to finish her course and keep the
faith.
